The information of an establishment has changed, can I update it or how can I report it?

Truckfly is a participating application where truck drivers can interact directly by adding points of interest useful to the community but also directly update the relayed information. Every contribution from the truckers is a great help to us in keeping the application up to date.**

You have the possibility to directly update the information from the application or to report a change.

How can I update the information?

You can modify the establishment's information (restaurant, parking, gas station, car wash, delivery point, carrier, garage, supermarket) by going to its file.

Open the establishment file by scrolling to the “complete the info” button.

If this button does not appear this means that the owner has taken control of his establishment. Contact us via our contact form to notify us of the change(s), we will invite the owner to verify the information provided.

⚠️ Before any change ensure the reliability of the information you are going to provide. Do not hesitate to ask for confirmation from the owner of the establishment if you have the opportunity 🙂

How do I report a change or error regarding a point of interest?

Whether an establishment is closed permanently/does not exist, in duplicate, in the wrong location, without parking nearby or inaccessible to HGVs, report it to us so that we can verify the information communicated and update it .
