As an owner, how do I respond to a comment about my establishment ?

Responding to comments left by Truckfly users couldn't be easier :

1) Log in to your personal space by clicking here 

2) Click on the "My comments" tab in the summary on the left of your screen

3) To the right of your comments, you will find a "Reply" button.

A little advice from Team Truckfly :

We encourage you to reply to comments left by truckers, whether they are positive or negative. This shows that you care. They will greatly appreciate your kind response :)

💡NB: on the mobile and tablet version, click on the 3 horizontal white lines at the top right to display the drop-down menu and manage your information (information, schedules, comments, etc.) .
